GlobalTek Security Finalizes Acquisition of Nightwatch Security & Surveillance, Establishing Dominance Across the Niagara Region
GlobalTek Security is proud to announce the official completion of its acquisition of Nightwatch Security & Surveillance. Culminating over a meticulous transition and guarantee period, the transaction was structured as a comprehensive share sale, transferring 100% of Nightwatch’s corporate ownership and operating assets to GlobalTek Security.
The buyout included all company vehicles, existing inventory, field equipment, employee contracts, and commercial lease agreements. While Nightwatch will be absorbed as a corporation, to ensure continuity for the community and Nightwatch’s legacy clients, its name remains preserved as an operating brand for GlobalTek Security’s camera and video-verification division. With this landmark acquisition completed, GlobalTek Security now stands as the dominant provider across the Niagara region for home and business security.
